Kauai Attractions and Tours

Known as the Garden Isle, Kauai is home to lush rainforests, spectacular coastlines, and more than 100 waterfalls. If you're looking to experience some of them during your visit, be sure Secret Falls is on the list. Located in the Wailua River Basin, this popular spot (despite what the name implies) is well-known for the scenic journey involved in getting there, and the 120-foot falls are breathtaking as the water plunges to the pool below. One of the best ways to experience the falls is by taking a guided tour.

The adventure begins with a two-mile kayak tour on the Wailua River. From there, you will leave your kayak and hike 1.5 miles through streams, rainforest, and muddy trails while your guide points out local flowers and wildlife. The hike concludes at beautiful Secret Falls, where you can cool off with a dip in the plunge pool below the falls.
